Senior IT Consultant
Position Overview
As a Senior IT Consultant, you’ll play a key role in advising clients on their digital transformation journeys. You’ll dive deep into their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide them in selecting and implementing technical solutions, especially around SAP. Acting as the bridge between business and IT, you’ll ensure stakeholders are aligned and projects are set up for long-term success.
Your Responsibilities:
Analyze and assess business processes to identify areas for simplification, innovation, and optimization
Define technical and functional requirements through client interviews and workshops
Research and compare systems, tools, and vendors that align with client needs
Develop tailored roadmaps for transformation projects
Support tender management and selection processes
Manage sub-projects and coordinate internal and external teams
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress throughout each project phase
What You Bring
A degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting, ideally in SAP environments
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA (certifications a plus)
Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
Team spirit, a client-first attitude, and a proactive mindset
Willingness to travel up to 60%
